Justice of the peace in and for the State and County
aforesaid, personally came Mary A. Love, wife of Thomas
C. Love, and to me well known, who being examined separate
and apart from her said Husband, Thomas C. Love, acknowledged
in due form that she executed the foregoing relinquishment
of Dower for the purposes therein Set forth 
    Witness my hand and Seal, this the 30th day of January

Alachua county       Before the Subscriber Clerk of
the Circuit Court of Alachua County Eastern Circuit
of Florida, personally came Albert F. Roux one
of the Subscribing witnesses to the foregoing Deed, and who
being duly Sworn according to law, Says that he saw
Thomas C. Love Sign, Seal and deliver the same for
the purposes therein mentioned, and that he signed the
Same as a witness in the presence of the other Subscribing
witness~

Alachua County       Know all men by these presents that
                     I Stephen Fagan** of the County and State
aforesaid, for and in consideration of the Sum of Eight hundred and
Twenty five dollars to me in hand paid by John B. Standly
of Said County and State, and before the Signing and
delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have bargained, Sold, aliened, conveyed & confirmed, and do
by these presents bargain, sell, alien, convey, and confirm
unto the Said John B. Standly, his heirs, Executors,
administrators, and assigns, a certain tract or parcel of
land lying and situate in the County of Alachua and
State aforesaid, and known as the north East- Quarter of
the North East Quarter, of Section twenty nine (29) Town-
ship eight (8) South of Range nineteen (19) East, and the 
North West Quarter, and the South East Quarter of
the North East Quarter of Section twenty eight (28)
Township eight (8) South of Range nineteen (19) East, con-
taining one hundred and twenty acres more or less, with all the
appurtenances, and all the claim, rights, title, interest, and
demand of the said Stephen Fagan**, in and to the premises,
To have and to hold the Same, with the appurtenances, unto
the Said John B. Standly, his heirs and assigns forever in fee Simple
