executed the foregoing of relinquishment of Dower for the
purposes therein set forth

     Know all men by these presents that I I.J. Carter
of the County of Alachua State of Florida, in consideration
of Two hundred dollars to me in hand paid by George L.
Brown of the same County and State, the receipt where
=of I do hereby acknowledge, do by these presents bargain, sell
and convey unto the George L. Brown, and to his heirs and
assigns forever, all that certain tract of land situate in
the County of Alachua, State of Florida, and described
as follows, to wit: the west half of the south East
quarter, and the North East quarter of the south west
quarter, and the south east quarter of the North west
quarter, of section Eleven, in Township eight south of
Range nineteen East, containing one hundred and sixty four
and 56/100 acres, together with all the hereditaments, and
appurtenances thereunto belonging, To have and to
hold the said premises and every part thereof, with the
appurtenances, unto the Geo L. Brown, his heirs and
assigns forever, And I the said Isaac J. Carter for my
self, my heirs, executors and administrators, do covenant with
the said George L. Brown, his heirs and assigns, that the
premises are free from all encumbrances made or suffered by
me and that I will and my heirs, executors and administrators
shall warrant and defend the same unto the said George L.

demands of all persons, In testimony whereof, I have
