County of Alachua } personally appeared before me a Justice
of the peace in and for the County aforesaid, John S. Livingston
and Susan Livingston his wife, who acknowledged that they executed
the foregoing instrument of writing for the purpose therein
set forth, Witness my hand and seal this twenty eighth day
of January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred

  This Indenture, made the first day of November one thousand
eight hundred and fifty one, Between Eugene Van Ness and Charles
W. Brush, surviving executors of the last will and testament of Doctor
Nehemiah Brush, late of the City and State of New York deceased,
of the first part, and Joseph A. Evritt, planter of the County of
Alachua and in the State of Florida of the second part, Witnesseth
That the said parties of the first part, by virtue of the power
and authority to them given in and by the said last will and testament,
and for and in consideration of the sum of Six hundred and thirty three
dollars (633) lawful money of the United States of America to
them in hand paid at or before the ensealing and delivery of these
presents, by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, and the second said party of the second part
his heirs, executors and administrators, forever released and discharged
from the same by these presents, have granted, bargained, sold, aliened,
released, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents do grant, bargain
sell, alien, release, convey and confirm, unto the said party of 
the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns for ever
all that certain section of land situate lying and being in the
County of Alachua in the State of Florida, which is known and
designated on a certain map made by Messrs Burr and Washington,
as Section thirty two (32) in Township Eleven (11) of Range nineteen
(19) of the Arredondo grant, containing according to said Map
Six hundred and thirty two, Sixty one hundredths, acres (632 60/100) be
the same more or less, which said Section was among others bid in
by the parties of the first part, for the heirs of the said Dr
N. Brush deceased, at a sale of said grant, which was made
in or about the 21st day of February 1849, under order of the
Circuit Court for the County of St. Johns in said State,
and confirmed by said Court at its June Term, in the same year,
as by reference to the papers in the case of Brush et al vs
Prall et al, on file in the Clerks office in the said County of
