Jacob M. Feaster to Thomas McCredie
"Deed"
State of Florida }
Alachua County } Know all Men by these presents
that I Jacob M. Feaster of the
County of Marion and State aforesaid for and in consid-
eration of the sum of eighty five Dollars to me
in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have granted bargained sold and conveyed and by
these presents do grant bargain sell and convey to
Thomas McCredie of the County of Alachua state
aforesaid his heirs and assigns the following property to wit:
One certain town lot in the Town of Micanopy
bounded as follows on the North by the lot owned
by Michael McCarroll on the East by a lot owned
by John H. Stokes known as the Fretwell lot: on the
South by a lot belonging to the Estate of R.E. Johnson
and on the west by the public square extending fifty
feet North and South and one Hundred and Eighty five feet East
and west together with all the tenements hereditaments
and appurtances thereunto belonging to have and to hold
the above granted premises unto the said Thomas
McCreddie his heirs and assigns to his and and their use and
behoof in fee simple forever:
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal
this Twenty fourth day of January A.D. 1881.

that for the consideration aforesaid
I L.L. Feaster wife of Jacob W. Feaster do hereby
grant release and quit claim unto the said Thomas
McCredie his heirs and assigns all my right claim
or possibility of dower in or out of the aforedescribed
premises. In Witness whereof I hereunto set my hand and
seal this January 24th 1881.
