"Deed"
State of Florida}
Alachua County } This indenture made on this the
Seventh day of November in the year
of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Eighty One
between Simon Benjamin of the city of Atlanta and State of
Georgia of the first part and Thos McCredie of the
village of Micanopy and State and County aforesaid of the
second part witnesseth that for and in consideration
of the sum of Four Hundred and Twenty Dollars to him
in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery
of these presents hereof the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged the said party of the first part hast
bargained sold given granted and conveyed and by these
presents doth so bargain sell give grant and
convey unto the said party of the second part
all that certain hereditament Lot or parcel of land
lying and being situated in section thirty one of Township
Eleven of Range Twenty one and being more particularly
described as follows: Commencing at the North
west corner of a fifty acre tract of land now owned
by J.J. Barr and running North twenty four chains
to a stake corner thence East Twelve and a half
chains to a stake corner thence South Twenty four
