      Fairfield County     } This Indenture made on the
Eighth day of December in the year of our Lord
one thousand Eight hundred and Eighty one between W.B.
Simonton of the County and State aforesaid of the first part
and J.J. Barr of the County of Alachua and State of Florida
of the second part Witnesseth that for and in consideration
of the sum of Twenty five Hundred Dollars to him in hand
paid at and before the sealing and delivery hereof the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged the said party of the first
part has given granted bargained sold and conveyed and
by these presents does so give grant bargain sell and
convey to the party of the second part his heirs and
assigns the following described plantation or
parcel of land land to wit Commencing in section
Two of Township Twelve of Range Twenty at the North
west corner of the Certain parcel of land owned by
George J. Amon at a Magnolia tree near a Branch
of water and running thence North sixty four and a half
degrees west Twenty five chains to a stake in field, thence
North Eighty Degrees west fourteen chains and Twenty
seven links to a stake on western boundary line
of said section thence west three chains and forty
four links to a stake in section three of Township
Twelve & Range Twenty, thence South paralell with section
line thirty nine chains to Southern Section line
thence East along section line three chains
