Silas M. Riles and wife to Benjamin Jones

  State of Florida }
   Alachua County  } Know all men by these presents
                    that I Silas M. Riles and Sarah
E. Riles my wife of the County of Alachua and State of
Florida for and in consideration of the sum of Fourteen
Dollars and forty Cts to us in hand paid by Benjamin
Jones of the County and State as above written the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained
and sold and do by these presents grant bargain sell
and convey unto the said Benjamin Jones his heirs executors
administrators and assigns forever the following described
lot or parcel of land situated lying and being in the County
of Alachua and State of Florida to wit: beginning at the
south East Corner of the south East quarter of the
south west quarter of Section Two Township Eleven
South Range Twenty Two East; Thence west one hundred 
and fifty Eight feet: thence North seven Degrees East
to the North East corner of said lots thence South Twenty
chains back to place of beginning Containing Two 40/100 acres
more or less = To Have and To Hold the above granted
bargained and described premises Togather with 
all and singular the tenements hereditaments and ap
purtenances to the Same belonging or in anywise
appertaining to the said Benjamin Jones his heirs
Executors Administrators and Assigns in fee simple
absolute forever and the said Silas M. Riles and Sarah
E. Riles for themselves and for their Executors Administrators
and Assigns do covenant and agree with said Benjamin
Jones that they will and their heirs Executors administrators
and assigns shall forever warrant and defend the title to
the above described premises against all and every
person whomsoever lawfully claiming the same
In Witness Whereof we have hereunto set our hands and
affixed our seals on this the 20th day of April AD 1881

                   } Sarah E. Riles to me well known
as the wife of Silas M. Riles who being examined by
me separate and apart from her said husband
