and forever quit claimed and by these presents
doth release and forever quit claim Unto the
Said Mrs. P.L. Standley in her full possession
and Seizure And to her heirs and assigns forever All
the Estate rights title interest use trust
property Claim and demand whatsoever both at
law and in Equity of John L. Villalonga of in
or to or out of all and singularly-that
Certain piece or parcel of land lying and being
in the County of Alachua and State of Florida
and which is Known and described as follows
to wit; Fractional Section Nineteen (19) Containing
three hundred and Sixty one and 79/100 Acres (361.79/100)
And Also fractional Section Twenty (20) Containing
Six hundred and Twenty Eight 74/100 Acres (628 74/1000
both of Said Sections being in Township Eight
(8) South Range Nineteen (19) East; Also
a tract of land Containing Eight hundred and
fifty two (852) Acres Known as parts of the
Domingo Fernandez Grant in said County and
state aforesaid and described by Bennett M. Dell
Charles J. Prevatt and George Watson Jr. Commissioners
appointed by Law to portion the same as follows
to wit; therefore let a line end** from the SW
Corner "A" of John M. Sanchez Grant perpendicularly
upon the Middle line of the Fernandez
Grant and let them be the boundary line between
Fernandez and Ledwith Beginning at said line proceed
by the West of John M. Sanchez Grant around
the NW Corner thence Eastwardly sufficiently
for to embrace the Share of S.D. Fernandez and
let this share be bounded by a line ending as
near as possible from the NE Corner "B" of
the aforesaid Grant Also Another tract of land
Containing three hundred and Twenty five (325) Acres
described as follows, lying in the County
and state aforesaid to wit; three hundred and Seventy
five acres of land More or less lying in the
County of Alachua in and Near the St* Felasco
Hammock being the same tract of land which
was porportioned and allotted to the said David
L. Yulee by the Circuit Courts in Chancery
sitting in St. Johns County in the Case of Joseph
Lawton and others according to the decree
made and entered by Said Courts on the 28th
day of June AD 1850 at St. Augustine and
