Commissioners appointed for the purpose
which said three hundred and Seventy five Acres was
part of a tract of six Thousand Acres Known as
the Fernandez Grant And is one half the interest
purchased by said David L. Yulee in the Year 1839
from S.D. Fernandez the other half having been sold
by said Yulee to A.C. Cole; Also a tract of 400
Four hundred acres land granted by the Spanish
Government to John Sanchez and subsequently Confirmed
by the Government of the United States which
said tract is More particularly described in the
deed of Conveyance from the said Roman B.
and Joseph Simeon Sanchez to the said Zilphia
Standley bearing date December twenty seventh
AD One Thousand Eight hundred and forty Nine
and which said deed is to be found recorded
in the Clerks Office of Alachua County Florida
in Book "A" of Deeds page 206 & 207
on the 29th Dec. 1849, All of which tracts
above described Contain Twenty six hundred and
Seventeen Acres and 53/100 acres More or less.
To Have and To Hold the said released premises
Unto the said P.L. Standley her heirs and assigns
to her and their own proper use and behoof forever
So that Neither the Said John L. Villalonga
his heirs And assigns Nor Any other person or persons
for him or in his Name or Names or in the Name
right or stead of Any of them Shall or will, Can
or May, by Any ways or Means whatsoever hereafter
have Claim Challenge or demand any right
title interest, or estate of in to or out of the said
premises Above described and hereby released but
that he the Said John L. Villalonga his heirs and
assigns and every of them from all estate right title
interest property claim and demand whatsoever of
into or out of the said premises or any part 
thereof all is and shall be by these presents
forever excluded and debarred In Witness
whereof the said John L. Villalonga hath hereunto
set his seal and hand this Eleventh 11th day of July
in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Eight hundred
and Seventy Two
