Burroghs a Commissioner resident in the City of
Savannah duly Commissioned and qualified by the
Executive Authority and Under the law of the state
of Florida to take the acknowledgements and
proof of deeds et Cetra to be used or recorded
therein personally appeared John L. Villalonga to Me
Known to be the individual who executed the foregoing
deed by him sealed and subscribed and acknowledged
the execution thereof to be his act and deed for the
uses and purposes therein Mentioned and expressed
