   Alachua County } Know all men by these presents
                  } that I William B. Lipsey and
Hannah H. Lipsey my wife of the aforesaid County
and State for and in consideration of the sum of
Fifty Dollars to us in hand paid by Elizabeth
Frei of the County of Alachua in the State
of Florida the receipt whereof I do hereby
acknowledge have granted bargained sold
and conveyed and by these presents do grant
bargain sell and convey unto the said
Elizabeth Frei all of that certain lot piece
tract or parcel of land situated lying and being
in the County of Alachua in the State of
Florida particularly known and described as
follows to wit The North half of the south
west quarter of the south East quarter
of the South west quarter of section Sixteen
(16) Township Eleven (11) Range Eighteen
(18) containing by estimation Five acres of land
more or less: Togather with all and singular the 
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the 
same belonging or in anywise appertaining
To Have and To Hold the same unto her the said
Elizabeth Frei and to her heirs executors administrators
and assigns in fee simple and absolute and I
the said William B. Lipsey Do hereby Covenant and
agree to and with the said Elizabeth Frei that
