I am lawfully seized in fee of the property herein
and hereby conveyed and that we have good and
lawful right to sell and convey the same that
the same is free from all encumbrances of any
kind what soever and that I will and my heirs
executors and administrators shall and will forever
warrant and defend the same unto the said
Elizabeth Frei and to her heirs executors ad=
ministrators and assigns against the lawful
claim and demand of any and all persons
whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to

wife of Wm B. Lipsey the grantor in the foregoing
conveyance who being first duly questioned and
examined by me separate and apart from
her said husband says and acknowledges before
me that she did sign the said deed of conveyance
for the purpose of releasing relinquishing and
renouncing all of her right of Dower in and to
the land in said deed described and that said relin
-quishment and renunciation of Dower was done and
made by her freely and voluntarily and without any compul
sion constraint apprehension or fear of or from
