Alachua County } Know all men by these presents
} that I William B. Lipsey of
the aforesaid County and State for and in Con
sideration of the sum of one thousand Dollars
to me in hand paid by Hannah H. Lipsey
of the County of Alachua and State of Florida the
receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have
granted bargained sold and conveyed and by
these presents do grant bargain sell and
convey unto the said Hannah H. Lipsey all
of that certain lot piece tract or parcel of
land situated lying and being in the County of
Alachua in the State of Florida particularly
known and described as follows to wit: The South
East Quarter of the South west quarter of the
south west quarter of section sixteen (16)
Township Eleven (11) Range Eighteen (18)
containing by Estimation ten acres of land
more or less Togather with all and singular the
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the
same belonging or in anywise appertaining
To Have and To hold the same unto the said
Hannah H. Lipsey and to her heirs executors
administrators and assigns in fee simple
and absolute and I the said William B. Lipsey
do hereby covenant and agree to and with the
said Hannah H. Lipsey that I am lawfully
seized in fee of property herein and hereby conveyed
and that we have good and lawful right to sell
and convey the same that the same is free from
all encumbrances of any kind whatsoever and
that I will and my heirs executors and
administrators shall and will forever warrant and
defend the same unto the said Hannah H.
Lipsey and to her heirs executors administrators
and assign against the lawful claim and demand
of all persons whomsoever Now claiming or
hereafter to claim the same In Witness whereof
I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal
on this the 12th day of January AD 1882
