Alachua County } Know all men by these
presents that we John Alex
-ander Parish and Hattie D. Parish his wife of the afore
said County and State for and in consideration of the
sum of one hundred and seventy five Dollars to them
in hand paid by Cornelia M. Baylis of the County
of Kings in the State of New York the receipt whereof
we do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained
sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain
sell and convey unto her the said Cornelia M. Baylis
all that certain piece tract or parcel of land situated
lying and being in the County of Alachua in the State
of Florida particularly known and described
as follows to wit the South west quarter of (SW1/4)
of the North East quarter (NE1/4) of section
(7) seven Township nine (9) south Range Twenty one
(21) East SW1/4 NE1/4 Sec 7 T9 S R21 E
containing Forty acres (40 A) More or less
Containing by Estimation Forty acres of land
more or less Togather with all and singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to
the same belonging or in anywise appertaining
To Have and To Hold the same unto her the
said Cornelia M. Balis and to her heirs Executors
administrators and assigns in fee simple and
absolute and we the said John Alexander Parish
and Hattie D. Parish his wife do hereby covenant
and agree to and with the said Cornelia
M. Balis that we are lawfully seized in fee of the
