T.W. Downing and Wife to H.L. Reviere
                      "Deed"
This Indenture made this the 20th day of December in
the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight hundred and
Eighty between Thomas W. Downing and Mina D. his
wife of the County of Alachua and State of Florida
parties of the first part and Henry L. Reviere of the same
place party of the second part Witnesseth that the
said parties of the first part for and in consideration
of the Sum of three hundred and fifty Dollars to them
in hand paid by the said party of the second part
at and before the ensealing and delivery of these presents
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted 
bargained sold released conveyed and confirmed and by these
presents doth bargain sell release grant convey and
confirm unto the said party of the second part his
heirs and assigns forever all that certain tract or
parcel of Land known and described by the United
States survey as follows To wit the North half
of the North west quarter and the south west quarter
of the North west quarter and the north west quarter
of the south west quarter of section Twenty four
(24) Township seven south of Range Seventeen
(17) East containing one hundred and sixty acres
more or less Togather with all and singular the
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
belonging or in anywise appertaining and all
the estate right title interest property possess
-ion claim and demand whatsoever as well in
law as in Equity of the said parties of the first
part in and to the above described premises and
every part and parcel thereof To Have and To Hold the
above granted bargained and described premises with
the appurtenances unto the said party of the second
part his heirs and assign to his and their own proper
use benefit and behoof forever and the said parties of the 
first part for their heirs Executors and administrators
do hereby covenants with the said party of the second
part his heirs and assigns that at the time of the
delivery hereof the said parties of the first part
the lawful owners of the premises above granted
and seized thereof in fee simple absolute that they
are free from all encumbrances that the said parties
of the first part have good right to sell and
convey the same to the said party of the second
part as aforesaid and that the said parties of the
first part their heirs executors and administrators
