  County of Whitfield } Know all men by these presents
                      } that I Eliza J. Glenn of the
State and County aforesaid have made constituted and
appointed and by these presents do make constitute
and appoint William D. Evans of the State of
South Carolina of County of Anderson, My true and
lawful attorney for me and in my name place 
and stead to Grant bargain and sell all that
tract or parcel of land situate and being in the State
of Florida and County of Alachua lying along
Orange Lake and known as section 32 in town
-ship 11 Range 21 containing 620 acres of land
and 20 acres of land covered by water be there more
or less whereof I am entitled and intrusted in by
the will of Dr A. Evans deceased and to grant bargain
and sell the same for such sum or price and on such
terms as to him shall shall seem Meet and for me
and in My Name to Make execute and deliver good
