     James K. Lewis and W.H. Dickenson to M.A. Crawford
                             "Deed"
   State of Florida }
    Alachua County  } This Indenture made this 17th day of
                    } August AD 1880 between James K.
Lewis in his own right and William A. Dickenson as trustee
for Minor heirs of Wm W. Lewis deceased being the minor
children of Thos W. Lewis appointed by Decree at
Hon Jas B. Dawkins Judge of the Circuit Court
of said County granted May 17th 1879 at Chambers
parties of the first part and M.A. Crawford party of
the second part all of the said County and State Witnesseth
that for and in consideration of the sum of Two Hun-
-dred Dollars to them cash in hand paid they the said
James K. Lewis in his own right and the said William
A. Dickenson as Trustee as aforesaid under and by virtue
of the authority granted and given by him in the Decree
aforesaid hath granted bargained and sold and doth by
these presents grant bargain sell and convey unto
the said party of the second part all that certain
tract lot or parcel of land situate lying and being in
the County of Alachua State of Florida and known
and distinguished as the lot number one (1) and lying
in the North East corner of the North west quarter
of section Twenty six (26) in Township Ten Range
Twenty S&E, said lot one being eleven hundred and Eighty
seven (1187) feet from East and Eight hundred feet
(800 ft) from North to South containing Twenty one
acres more or less Togather with all and singular
the rights tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining
