To Have and To Hold the above described premises
unto her the said M.A. Crawford and to her heirs
executors administrators and assigns forever
And the said James K. Lewis in his own right and
William A. Dickenson as Trustee as aforesaid
for themselves and their heirs representatives and assigns
shall and will warrant and forever defend the title
to the said property against the claim or claims
of all and every person whomsoever by through
