Beginning at the south western Corner of the fraction
        between section 29 Township 10 Range 22 and Section
        30 Township 10 Range Twenty two Run North along
        line of section 30 Forty (40) Rods, thence East
        Eighty (80) Rods thence South Forty (40) Rods to
        south line of section 29 thence west along section
        line Eighty 80 Rods to starting point to me in hand
        paid before the sealing and delivery of these presents the
        sum of three Hundred Dollars a receipt whereof is hereby

        knowledged the execution thereof to be his free act and deed
