Know all men by these presents that I have this day
sold to Martha M. Simmons Twenty acres of land
lying in Alachua County State of Florida known by the
following survey, Beginning Forty Rods (40) North of
the South West corner of Fraction between Section 29
Township 10. Range 22, Run North along the line of
Section 30, Forty (40) Rods, Thence East Eighty (80) Rods
Thence South Forty (40) Rods, Thence West Eighty (80) Rods
to starting point, To me in hand paid before the seal
-ing and delivery of these presents The sum of Three
Hundred Dollars a receipt whereof is hereby acknow
-ledged and I will forever warrant and defend the
same }

I Rebecca L. Heidt wife of E. Heidt do declare that
I have freely and without any compulsion, signed, sealed
and delivered, the above title to Martha M. Simmons
and I do hereby renounce all title or claim of Dower that
that I might claim or be entitled to after the death of
my said Husband out of the land conved in this title

and Eighty two, personally appeared before me a Comm-
-issioner, duly appointed and authorised by the Execu-

State, to take within the State of Georgia proof and
acknowledgement of Deeds etc to be used and recorded
in said State of Florida, Emanuel Heidt to me well
known to be the person who executed the within Deed
by him sealed and subscribed and the said Emanuel
Heidt acknowledged the execution thereof to be his free
