-ents, that I Amy B. Turner, Wife of William A. Turner
grantor in the foregoing Deed of conveyance in consid
-eration of the premises and for the further sum of Five
Dollars to me in hand paid by the said Charity Snow
-den grantee in the conveyance aforesaid the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, have bargained and
sold, released and relinquished forever unto the said
Charity Snowden his heirs and assigns all my right
and title of Dower in and to the real Estate in said
Deed of conveyance mentioned, And I do further more
acknowledge that I have made this renunciation
and relinquishment of my Dower without any com-
pulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or from
my said Husband, In testimony whereof I have here-
unto set my hand and seal, This the third day of

cern I come greeting, be it remembered that on this the
third day of September 1864 personally appeared
before me William Roberts a Justice of the peace in
and for the County of Hamilton and State aforesaid
Amy B. Turner wife of William A. Turner grantor
in the foregoing Deed of Conveyance to me well known
and who being examined by me separate and apart
from her said Husband acknowledged and declared
that she executed the foregoing relinquishment and
renunciation of her dower freely voluntarily and
without any constraint compulsion apprehension 
or fear of or from her said Husband
