  Alachua County  } Know all men by these presents that
we Cicero A. Simmons and his wife Martha M. Simmons
for and in consideration of the sum of five Hundred
Dollars to us in hand paid by John L. Brown of Terre
Haute Indiana the receipt whereof is hereby acknow-
-ledged have granted bargained sold and conveyed
and by these presents do grant bargain sell and con-
-vey unto him the said John L. Brown, all of those
certain Lots Blocks pieces or parcels of land situated
lying and being in Alachua County State of Florida
particularly described as follows to wit: Blocks
Nine (9), Ten (10), and Eleven (11) and the North West
quarter and the South East quarter of Block Five
(5) and the North half of Block Six (6) and the South
half of Block Seven (7), and the North West qua-
-rter and the South East quarter of Block Eight (8)
and the West half of Block Thirteen (13) except One
hundred (100) feet Square in the North West corner
of said Block Thirteen (13), and the South West qu-
