  Know all men by these presents, That I L. Rhett
Geiger in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars
to me in hand paid by John Grimes of Alachua
County Florida the receipt whereof I hereby ackno-
-wledge have bargained sold and quit claimed and
by these presents do bargain sell and quit claim unto
the said John Grimes and to his heirs and assigns
forever all my right title interest estate claim and
demand both at law and equity and as well in pos-
-session as in expectancy of in and to that certain
farm or piece of land situated and being in Alachua
County Florida and better known as the NW1/4 of NW1/4
of Section 4, T10, R17, SW1/4 of SE1/4 of Sec 28, T7, R17,
With all and singular the hereditaments and appur-
-tenances thereunto belonging. In Witness Whereof I
have hereunto set my hand and seal, this 20th day of
August AD 1881  }

Alachua County   } That we M.A. Crawford and her
Husband J.A. Crawford of the aforesaid County and
State for and in consideration of the sum of Five Hu
-ndred Dollars to them in hand paid by Samuel E.
Phillips of the County of Columbia in the State of Flo-
-rida the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge
have granted bargained sold and conveyed and by
these presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto
him the said Samuel E. Phillips all of that certain
lot piece tract or parcel of land situated lying and
being in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida
particularly known and described as follows, to wit:
Lot number One (1) and lying in the North East corner
of the North West quarter of Section Twenty six (26)
