first duly questioned and examined by me separate and
apart from her said Husband says and acknowledges
before me that she did sign the said Deed of conveyance
for the purpose of releasing relinquishing and renouncing
all of her right of Dower in and to the land in said Deed
described, and the said relinquishment and renunciation
of Dower was done and made by her freely and volunta-
-rily, and without any compulsion constraint apprehension
or fear of or from her said Husband.

Know all men by these presents that I Henry S. Craft of the
City of Plainfield in the State of New Jersey have made con
-stituted and appointed H.F. Dutton &Co of Gainesville Coun-
             and
-ty of Alachua^State of Florida my true and lawful attorney
for me and in my name to receive and receipt for all mo-
-neys due or to become due to me by F.H. Millard of the 
State of Florida and County of Alachua and to give a
release for all mortgages held by me against the said
F.H. Millard, and to sign my name as my act and deed
to all such receipts releases &C, giving and granting to
my said attorneys, full power and authority to do and
perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requis-
