  Ormond W. Follin To Amelia Legare
           "Deed"
  This Indenture made the twenty first day of January
in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred
and eighty two, Between Ormond W. Follin and Phebe
Follin his wife of Jacksonville Florida, of the first part
and Amelia Legare of Waldo Florida of the second part
Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first part, for
and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred and
Thirty four 32/100 Dollars lawful money of the United
States of America to us in hand paid by the said
party of the second part at or before the ensealing and
delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, granted, bargained, sold, aliened rem-
-ised, released conveyed and confirmed and by these
presents do grant bargain sell alien remise convey
and confirm unto the said party of the second part
and her heirs and assigns forever. All twenty acres
Being the South one half of North East quarter of
Section Seven (7) Township Nine (9) South, of Range
Twenty one (21) East in said County of Alachua
and State of Florida, Together with all and singular
the rights members tenements hereditaments and app-
-urtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertain
-ing, and the reversion and reversions, remainder and
remainders, rents issues and profits thereof and also
all the estate, right, title, interest, property possession
claim and demand whatsoever as well in law as in
