situate lying and being in the Town of Waldo County
and State aforesaid and known as the Waldo House
being in the Block number Ten in the original plan of
said Town now of record in the Town of Gainesville
in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court for the County
Alachua containing by estimation         acres of land
more or less, Together with all and singular the tenem-
-ents hereditaments and appurtenances to the same bel-
-onging or in anywise appertaining, To have and to hold
the same unto her the said Amelia Legare and to her heirs
executors administrators and assigns in fee simple ab-
-solute forever, And we the said Phoebe Follin and Or-
-mond W. Follin her Husband do hereby covenant and
agree to and with the said Amelia Legare, that we
lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and here-
-by conveyed and that we have good and lawful right
to sell and convey the same that the same is free from
all incumbrances of any kind whatsoever now claim
-ing or to claim the same. In Witness whereof we

 Duval County     } of January AD 1882, before me per-
sonally appeared Mrs Phoebe Follin wife of Ormond W.
Follin the grantor in the foregoing conveyance who being
first duly questioned and examined by me separate and
apart from her Husband says and acknowledges before
me that she did sign the said Deed of conveyance for
the purpose of releasing relinquishing and renouncing
all of her right of Dower in and to the land in said Deed
described and that said relinquishment and renunciation
of Dower was done and made by her freely and voluntarily
and without any compulsion constraint apprehension
or fear of or from her said Husband.
