   Lucinda J. Peck To Virginia Forrest
             "Deed"
  This Indenture made the ninth day of July in the
year of our Lord One Thousand and eight Hundred and
eighty seven, Between Lucinda J. Peck and T.A.
Peck her Husband of the County of Alachua and
State of Florida of the first part Virginia Forrest
of the City of Terre Haute Indiana of the second
part. Witnesseth that the said parties of the first
part for and in consideration of the sum of One thou-
san Dollars lawful money of the United States of
America to them in hand paid by the said party of
the second part at or before the ensealing and delivery
of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby ack
-nowledged, have granted bargained sold aliened
remised released conveyed and confirmed and by
these presents grant bargain sell alien remise convey
and confirm unto the said party of the second part
and her heirs and assigns forever all the following
described Real East. lying and being in the County
of Alachua and State of Florida described as follows
To wit: The NE1/4 (North East quarter) of the NE1/4
(North East quarter) of the SW1/4 (South West quarter)
of Section 23 (Twenty Three) Town 8 (Eight) South
of Range 21 E (Twenty one East) containing Ten acres
more or less, Together with all and singular the lands
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
belonging or in any wise appertaining and the reversion
and reversions, the remainder and remainders rents
issues profits thereof and also all the estate right
title interest Dower and and right of Dower separate
estate property possession claim and demand whatsoever
as well in law as in equity of the said parties of the first
part of in and to the same and every part and parcel
thereof with the appurtenances, To have and to hold
The above granted bargained and described premises
with appurtenances unto the said party of the second
part her heirs and assigns to their own proper use and
and benefit and behoof forever. And the said parties
of the first part for their heirs executors administrators
