County of Alachua   To all whom it may concern, Be it
Known that on this 9th day of July AD 1877, personally
appeared before me a Justice of the Peace of the State of
Florida Lucinda J. Peck to me well known as wife of
T.A. Peck and is one of the persons described in and who
executed the foregoing deed of Conveyance, who being at
the time separate and apart from her Husband the
said T.A. Peck did then and there make and execute
the foregoing acknowledgement her name being with her
own hand subscribed and her seal affixed in my presence
Witness my hand and seal at Waldo the day and year
above written

        Penelope L. Standley to Primus Young

State of Florida
Alachua County     Know all men by these presents,
That I Penelope L. Standley of the aforesaid County and
State for and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred
& fifty dollars (150$) to me in hand paid by Primus
Young of the county of Alachua in the State of Florida
the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have granted
bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents do
grant bargain sell and convey unto him the said Primus
Young all of that Certain piece or parcel of land situated
lying and being in the County of Alachua in the State
of Florida, particularly Known and described as follows
to Wit; South West quarter of South East quarter of
Section Eighteen (18) Township Eight (8) South
in Range Nineteen East containing by estimation
Forty Acres of land more or less, Together with
all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise
