appertaining, To have and to hold the same unto him the
said Primus Young and to his heirs executors and admin-
istrators and assigns in fee Simple absolute, And I the
said Penelope L. Standley do hereby covenant and agree
to and with the said Primus Young, that I am lawfully seized
in fee of the property herein Conveyed and that I have good
and lawful right to sell and convey the same, that the Same
is free from all incumberances of any Kind whatsoever, and
that I will and my heirs executors and administrators
Shall and will forever warrant and defend the same unto
him the said Primus Young, and to his heirs administrators
and assigns against the lawful claims and demands of any
and all persons whomsoever, now claiming or hereafter to
