appertaining, To have and to hold the same unto him the
said Primus Young and to his heirs executors and admin-
istrators and assigns in fee Simple absolute, And I the
said Penelope L. Standley do hereby covenant and agree
to and with the said Primus Young, that I am lawfully seized
in fee of the property herein Conveyed and that I have good
and lawful right to sell and convey the same, that the Same
is free from all incumberances of any Kind whatsoever, and
that I will and my heirs executors and administrators
Shall and will forever warrant and defend the same unto
him the said Primus Young, and to his heirs administrators
and assigns against the lawful claims and demands of any
and all persons whomsoever, now claiming or hereafter to
Claim the Same. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my
hand and affixed my seal on this 14th day of January Ad 1882

That I Penelope L. Standley of the aforesaid County and
State, for and consideration of the sum of Four Hundred
and Fifty Dollars to me in hand paid by Robert C.
Davis of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida
the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have granted
bargained sold and Conveyed, and by these presents do
grant bargain sell and Convey unto him the said
Robert C. Davis all of that Certain piece tract or parcel
of land lying and being in the County of Alachua in the
