State of Florida particularly Known and described as
follows to wit; South East 1/4 of South East 1/4 of Section
Twelve (12) in Township Eight (8) South in Range
Eighteen (18) E-and the West half of South West quarter
of Section Seven (7) in Township eight S Range Nineteen
East, Containing by estimation 120 acres of land more
or less, Together with all and singular the tenements heredit-
aments and appurtenances to the same belonging
or in anywise appertaining To have and to hold the
same unto him the said Robert C. Davis and to his
heirs executors, administrators, and assigns in fee
Simple absolute, And I the said Penelope L. Standley
do hereby covenant and agree with the said Robert C.
Davis, that I am lawfully seized in the property herein
and hereby conveyed, and that we have good and lawful right to
sell and Convey the same, That the same is free from
all incumberances of any Kind whatsoever, and that I
will and my heirs executors and administrators shall
and will forever warrant and defend the same unto
him the said Robert C. Davis and to his heirs executors
and administrators and assigns against the lawful
claim and demands of any and all persons whom-
soever now claiming and hereafter to claim the same
