  This Indenture made this the 6th day of January in the
year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and 82,
between Mary Rebecca Hague of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida party of the first part and Eliza-
beth E. Holder of Alachua County and State of Florida
party of the second part Witnesseth that the said party
of the first, for and in consideration of the sum of Two Hu-
-ndred seventy Dollars to me in hand paid by the said party
of the second part at and before the ensealing and delivery
of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
I have bargained and sold, released, granted and conveyed,
and confirmed and by these presents, doth bargain, sell
release, convey, grant, and confirm, unto the said party of the
second part to her heirs, and assigns, forever all that certain
lot of land described as follows, to wit: NW1/4 of the SE1/4
Sec 11, T8, R19, 40 acres more or less. Together with all
and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurten-
-ances, thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and
all the estate, right, title, interest, property possession, claim
and demand whatsoever, as well in law as in equity of the
said party of the first part in and to the above described
premises, and every part, and parcel thereof To have and
to hold, the above granted bargained and described premises
with the appurtenances unto the said party of the second
part and her heirs and assigns that at the time of delivery
hereof of the said party of the first part as the lawful
owner of the premises above granted, and seized thereof
in fee simple absolute that they are free from all incum-
-brances that the said party of the first part have good
right to sell and convey the same to the said party of the
first part and her heirs executors and administrators
the above described and hereby granted and conveyed prem-
-ises and every part and parcel thereof with the appurten-
ances unto the said party of the second part, her heirs and
assigns, against the said party of the first part and her
heirs and against all and every person and persons whom
-soever, lawfully claiming or to claim the same, shall and will
warrant and defend these presents forever defend,
