the rights and privileges, immunities easements and app-
-urtenances, thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining
unto the said party of the second part and to her heirs and
assigns as her and their absolute property in fee simple for
ever, And the said Florida Land and Immigration Company
for itself and assigns and for all others claiming by through
or under it does covenant and agree, that at the time of the
execution and delivery of these presents the said Company
is seized of a good and indefeasible fee simple to the above
premises and has good right to convey the same and it has
conveyed the same free and discharged from all incumb-
-rances and liens of any and every nature and description
and that the said party of the second part, her heirs and
assigns, shall quietly and peaceably and may at all times
hereafter have use occupy and posses and enjoy the above
described premises against all persons whomsoever lawfully
claiming the same. And that it will at any and all times
make such further covenants, conveyances and assurances
at the expense of the said party of the second part as
she the said party of the second part her heirs and ass-
igns or Counsel learned in the law may require

"Deed"
This Indenture made and entered into on this the second
(2) day of September AD 1878 Between Benjamin F. Dawkins
Elisor of said County and State, of the first part and Robert
G. Cole party of the second part Witnesseth, That whereas I
the said Benjamin F. Dawkins as Elisor as aforesaid
under and by virtue of a Decree of Foreclosure of Mortg-
age made and rendered on the 16th day of July AD 1878
in the Circuit Court of Alachua County in the fifth Judicial
Circuit of Florida in favor of A.H. Cole and against
Samuel C. Tucker as Sheriff and ex officio administrator
