of Benjamin Waldo decs (as by reference of said Decree
of foreclosure in record in the Clerks Office of Alachua Coun
-ty Florida will more fully appear) I did levy upon and seize
the property of the Estate of said Benjamin Waldo, deceased
to satisfy said Decree of foreclosure and did duly and legally
advertise the same for sale on the first Monday in September
being the second day of said month and did pursuant to
said levy and advertisement and the authority in me as
said Elisor vested by the Statutes in said cases made and
provided, sell the property hereafter described as the pro
-perty of the Estate of Benjamin Waldo deceased at public
auction before the Court House door in the Town of Gainesville
in the County and State aforesaid on the said 2d day of
September AD 1878, between the legal hours of sale, and
whereas at said sale Robert G. Cole became the purchaser
of the property hereinafter described for the sum of Five
Hundred Dollars (500$) that being the highest and best
sum bid for the same and the said Robert G. Cole being the
bidder thereof Now therefore know ye that I the said
Benjamin F. Dawkins as Elisor as aforesaid under and
by virtue of said Decree of foreclosure and the levy adver-
tisement and sale thereunder made and for and in consider-
-ation of the said sum of Five Hundred Dollars to me as
such Elisor in hand paid by the said Robert G. Cole the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, I have granted
bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents do
grant bargain sell and convey unto the said Robert G.
Cole and to his heirs and assigns forever all the following
described property to wit: Sections Twenty Five (25)
Thirteen (13) Fifteen (15) Twenty Three (23) Eleven (11)
One (1), Three(3), and the West half (1/2) of the North East (1/4)
quarter and the South East (1/4) quarter of the North East (1/4)
quarter of Section Twenty Seven (27) and the East half of
section Nine (9) in Township Nine (9) of Range Seventeen
(17) S and E. Also Sections Twenty nine (29) Thirty Three
(33) Nine (9) Five (5) Seven (7) Seventeen (17) Twenty seven
(27) and Fifteen (15) in Township Nine (9) of Range Eight-
-een (18) S and E. Also the South East quarter (1/4) of Section
Seven (7) and North half (1/2 and the South West quarter (1/4)
of Section Seven (7) in Township Ten (10) of Range Eight-
een S & E, Levied on and containing in all Eight Thou-
-sand Six Hundred and 44/100 acres lying and being
in Alachua County Florida, To have and to hold unto
him the said Robert G. Cole and to his heirs and assigns
forever as fully and effectually as I the said Benjamin
F. Dawkins Elisor as aforesaid under and by virtue of
the levy advertisement and sale aforesaid and the prem-
ises might could and ought to sell and convey the same
