Twenty two and a half (122 1/2) East and West, To have and
to hold unto the said party of the second part, her heirs
executors administrators and assigns forever in fee simple
absolute, Together with all the improvements, rights tenem
-ents, privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging
or in anywise appertaining, And the said parties of
the first part, do hereby covenant with the said party
of the second part, that they are at the time of the mak-
ing of this Deed the lawful owners of the said property
holding the same under a good and indefeasible title
that the said property is entirely free from any and all
incumbrances of whatsoever nature or Kind, and they
do hereby warrant and agree to forever defend the title
of the said premises in and to the said party of the second
part her heirs executors, administrators and assigns
against themselves and against all and every other per-
-son or persons whatsoever lawful claiming or to claim

Before me the subscriber a Justice of
the Peace in and for said County personally came James
D. Matheson, Elise W. Haile Charles E. Haile and Augusta
S. Matheson all of whom are to me well known and
acknowledged in my presence that they signed sealed
and delivered the foregoing Deed of Conveyance for the
uses and purposes therein set forth and the said Elise
W. Haile the Wife of Charles E. Haile, upon being exam-
-ined by me separate and apart from her Husband
acknowledged in my presence that she executed said
deed of Conveying away her separate property freely
and voluntarily and without any compulsion Constr-
-raint apprehension or fear of or from her said Husband
and the said Augusta S. Matheson the Wife of James
D. Matheson upon being examined by me separate
and apart from her Husband acknowledged that she
made herself a party to the said Deed of Conveyance
for the express purpose of renouncing releasing
and relinquishing all her Dower and right of Dower
in and to the property described in said Deed and
that she did the same freely and voluntarily and
