To all to Whom these presents Shall come greeting, Whereas
in pursuance of an act of Congress approved 28th Sep
-tember 1850 entitled an act granting bounty land to certain
Officers and Soldiers who have been engaged in the Military
Service of the United States, Warrant No 88.888 for 40 acres
issued in favor of Britain Scott, private in Captain Both-
wells Company Georgia Militia Seminole War, has been re-
turned to the General Land Office with evidence that the same
has been duly located upon the Lot number seven of
Section Seven in Township nine South of Range Twenty
Five East in the District of lands subject to sale Newnan-
sville Florida Containing forty three Acres and Twenty
