hereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold and conveyed 
and by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto the 
said John S. McCradie the following described tract or parcel
of land, to wit: The South East quarter (SE1/4) of Lot number 
Eleven (11) of the Moses E. Levy Grant in Alachua County State 
of Florida containing Four Hundred Nineteen & 96/100 acres
of land, more or less (419 96/100), Together with all and singular 
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same 
belonging, or in any wise appertaining, To have and to hold
the same unto the said John S. McCradie his heirs administrators
executors and assigns, in fee simple, absolute forever. In witness
whereof we have hereunto set our hands and affixed our seals 
on this 30th day of March A. D. 1880.
