upon being by me examined separate and apart from
her Husband acknowledged and declared that she execu-
-ted the foregoing deed of conveyance knowingly and for the
purpose of renouncing releasing relinquishing and extinguish-
-ing, all her Dower and right of Dower in and to the property in
said Deed described, and that she did the same and also signed
the foregoing acknowledgement freely and voluntarily without
any compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or from
her said Husband the said James D. Matheson.

County of Alachua } Know all men by these presents, That
we W.C. Sanderlin and Ida M. Sanderlin his wife of the
aforesaid State and County for and in consideration of the
sum of Three Thousand Dollars to us in hand paid by
Thomas G. McPherson of the County of Alachua and State
of Florida, the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge
have granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these
presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto him the
said Thomas G. McPherson all that certain lot piece tract
or parcel of land situated lying and being in the County
of Alachua in the State of Florida, particularly known
and described as follows, to wit: Commencing at the South
West corner of Section seven (7) Township Ten (10) Range
Twenty (20) run North Fifteen Hundred (1500) feet along
Section line to a Stake (30) feet Thirty feet from the centre
of the AG & WIT RR Co track thence in an easterly direction
on a line parallell with said centre line Thence in an
Easterly direction on a line parallell with said centre line
Three Hundred and sixty two (362) feet to a Stake (30) Thirty
feet from said centre line, Thence due south Sixteen
Hundred and Fifty feet (1650) to a Stake on South Boun-
-dary line of said Section Seven (7) T10 R20 Thence West
along said south boundary line Three Hundred and Thirty
feet (330) to the place of beginning. The same lying and
being in said Section 7, T10, R20, containing 12 acres
And also another piece or parcel of land, to wit:
Commencing at the North West corner of Section Eighteen (18)
