Nine Hundred and Thirty two (932) feet to the West Boundary line
of D.I. Reaves land, Thence North Twelve Hundred and Sixty
seven (1267) feet to the Northern Boundary line of said Section (18)
T(10) R(20) Thence West Nine Hundred Thirty two feet (932)
to the North West corner of said Section the point of beginning
the same lying and being in Section (18) T(10) R(20) S&E and
containing Twenty eight acres of land more or less.
Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise app-
ertaining to have and to hold the same unto him the said
Thomas G. McPherson and to his heirs executors adminis-
-trators and assigns in fee simple absolute, And we the said
W.C. Sanderlin and Ida M. Sanderlin his wife do hereby
covenant and agree to and with the said Thomas G.
McPherson that we are lawfully seized in fee of the prope-
rty herein and hereby conveyed and that we have good and
lawful right to sell and convey the same That the same
is free from all incumbrances of any kind whatsoever
and that we will and our heirs executors administrators
and assigns shall and will forever warrant and defend
the same unto him the said Thomas G. McPherson and
to his heirs executors administrators and assigns against
the lawful claims and demands of any and all persons
whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim the same

Mrs Ida Sanderlin wife of W.C. Sanderlin the grantor
in the foregoing conveyance, who first being duly questioned
by and examined by me separate and apart from her
Husband says and acknowledges before me that she did
sign the said deed of conveyance for the purpose of
releasing relinquishing and renouncing all of her right
of Dower in and to the land in said Deed described and
that said relinquishment and that said relinquishment
and renunciation of Dower was done and made by her freely
and voluntarily and without any compulsion apprehension
or fear from her said Husband
