    Edward L. Snowden To Charles J. Sawbridge
                 Deed
 State of Florida }
Alachua County    } Know all men by these presents
That I Edward L. Snowden of the aforesaid County and
State for and in consideration of the sum of Four Hund-
-red Dollars to me in hand paid by Charles J. Sawbridge
of the County of Ottertail in the State of Minnesota
the receipt whereof I hereby acknowledge have granted
bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents do
grant bargain sell and convey unto him the said
Charles J. Sawbridge all of that lot piece tract or parcel
of land situated lying and being in the County of
Alachua in the State of Florida particularly known
and described as follows to wit: South half (1/2) of SW1/4 of
South West quarter (1/4) of Section Fifteen (15) Township
Ten (10) Range Twenty (20) South & East containing
Twenty acres of Land. Together with all and singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the
same belonging or in anywise appertaining.
To have and to hold the same unto him the said Charles
J. Sawbridge and to his heirs executors administrators 
and assigns in fee simple Absolute, And I the
said Edward L. Snowden do hereby covenant and
agree to and with the said Charles J. Sawbridge
that I am lawfully seized in fee of the property here
-in and hereby conveyed, And that we have good and
lawful right to sell and convey the same, that the
