same is free from all encumbrances of any kind whatsoever
and that I will and my heirs executors and administrators
shall and will forever warrant and defend the same unto him
the said Charles J. Sawbridge and to his heirs executors and
administrators and assigns against the lawful claims and
demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming
or hereafter to claim the same I Witness whereof I have here-

Alachua County    } Know all men by these presents, That
we Robt J. Camp, John S. Camp, Benjamin F. Camp, and his wife
Annie S. Camp of the aforesaid County and State, for and in con
-sideration of the sum of Twenty Dollars to us in hand paid
by Susannah C. Ryan of the County of Alachua in the State
of Florida the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge, have
granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents
do grant bargain sell and convey unto the said Susannah
C. Ryan all of that certain Lot piece tract or parcel of land
situated lying and being in the County of Alachua in the
State of Florida, particularly known and described as fol-
-lows, to wit: Lot Number (4) four in Block No (1) one located
in Campville containing one acre more or less, (The said
Susanna C. Ryan binds herself and her heirs executors amin-
-istrators and assigns, not to keep or allow any person or persons
to keep for sale on said Lot any intoxicating liquors, If the
said Susannah C. Ryan her heirs executors administrators
or assigns, fail to comply with this obligation renders this deed
