to the parties of the first or their heirs)
Together with all and singular the tenements heredita-
ments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in
anywise appertaining, To have and to hold the same
unto the said Susannah C. Ryan and to her heirs exec
-utors administrators and assigns in fee simple absolute
And we the said Robert J. Camp, John S. Camp, Benjamin
F. Camp, and his wife Annie S. Camp, do hereby covenant
and agree to and with the said Susannah C. Ryan that
they are lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and
hereby conveyed and that we have good and lawful
to sell and convey same, that the same is free from
all encumbrances of any kind whatsoever and that
they will and their executors heirs and administrators
shall and will forever warrant and defend the same
unto the said Susanna C. Ryan and to her heirs ad-
-ministrators executors and assigns against the lawful
claim and demands of any and all persons whomsoever
now claiming or to claim the same, In witness whereof

Alachua County   } I hereby certify that on this 23d day
of November AD 1881 personally appeared Mrs Annie S.
Camp wife of Benjamin F. Camp the grantor in the
foregoing conveyance who being first duly questioned
and examined by me separate and apart from her
said Husband says and acknowledges before me that
she did sign the said Deed of Conveyance for the purpose
of releasing relinquishing and renouncing all of her
right of Dower in and to the land in said deed des-
-scribed and that the said relinquishment and renunciation
of Dower was done and made by her freely and volunt
-arily and without compulsion constraint apprehension
or fear of or from her said Husband.
