to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining
to the said Rebecca B. Ryan and to her heirs exec
-utors administrators and assigns in fee simple abso
-lute forever. And the said C.E. Whiting and Lenora
Whiting his wife and Theodore P. Ransom for them-
-selves and for their heirs executors administrators &
assigns do covenant and agree to and with the said
Rebecca B. Ryan and her heirs executors administra-
-tors and assigns that they will and their heirs exec
-utors administrators and assigns shall forever war-
-rant and defend the title to the above described prem-
-ises against all and every person whomsoever lawfully
claiming or to claim the same in witness whereof we
have hereunto set our hands and affixed our seals on
