privileges and appurtenances thereunto appertaining unto
and to the uses of the said Alexina J. Elmore her heirs
and assigns forever and we the aforesaid Isaac Saunders and
Ann E.A. Saunders, for our selves and our heirs executors and
administrators do covenant with the said Alexina J. Elmore
her heirs and assigns that we will warrant and defend the
aforesaid premises to the said Alexina J. Elmore her heirs
and assigns forever against the lawful claims and demands
of all persons claiming by, through or under us. And I
Ann E.A. Saunders wife of said Isaac Saunders in in consid-
-eration as aforesaid do hereby release all my right of Dower
in and to said premises to the said Alexina J. Elmore
her heirs and assigns forever.
