Company a Corporation duly incorporated under the laws
of Florida, the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge
have granted bargained sold aliened and conveyed and by
these presents do grant bargain sell alien and convey unto
the said corporation, the said Florida Southern Railway Com
-pany and to its successors and assigns, all those certain
Lots, tracts pieces or parcels of land situated lying and
being in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida
which are more particularly designated and described
upon and according to map or plat of the Railway
Station Town or Village called Perry located on the line
of the Florida Southern Railway on record in the Public rec-
-ords of Alachua County Florida, as being Lots numbered
(2) Two, Four (4) Six (6) and Eight (8) in Block number one
(1) all of Block No (2), Lots numbered (2) Four (4) and Six
(6) in Block three (3) Lots numbered (2) Four, Four (4) and
Six (6) in Block No Four (4) Lots Two (2) Four (4) Six (6) 
and Eight (8) in Block No Five (5), Lot No Two (2) in Block
No Six (6) Lots Two (2) and Four (4) in Block No Seven (7)
Lots Two (2) Four (4) and Six (6) in Block No Eight (8)
Lots Two (2) Four (4) Six (6) Eight (8) Ten (10) and Twelve (12)
in Block No Nine (9) Lots Two and Four (4) in Block No
Ten (10) Lots Two and Four (4) in Block No Eleven (11), Lots
Two (2) Four (4) and Six (6) in Block No Twelve (12) Lots
Two (2) Four (4) and Six (6) in Block No Thirteen (13) Lot

The said Railway Station Town or Village Called "Perry"
being situated in Section Twenty nine (29) in Township
Ten (10) South of Range Twenty one (21) East, Together
with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging = To have and to hold
the same unto the said corporation the said Florida
Southern Railway Company and to its successors and
assigns in fee simple absolute forever, In witness where
