bargain sell convey and forever quit claim unto him

and claims at law or in equity of the said corporation, the
said Florida Southern Railway Company of in and to all
of those certain lots, tracts pieces or parcels of land situa-
-ted lying and being in the County of Alachua in the State
of Florida which are more particularly designated and des-
-cribbed upon and according to a Map or Platt of the Railway
Station, Town or Village called "Perry" located on the line
of said Florida Southern Railway on record in the Public
records of Alachua County Florida, As being Lots one (1)
Three (3) Five (5) Seven (7) and Nine (9) in Block No one (1) and
Lots one (1) Three (3) and Five (5) in Block No Three (3) and Lots
one (1) Three (3) and Five (5) in Block No Four (4) and Lots one
(1) Three (3) Five (5) and Seven (7) in Block No (5) and Lots No
One (1) in Block No Six (6) and Lots One (1) Three (3) and Five
(5) in Block No Seven (7) and Lots one (1) Three (3) and Five
(5) in Block No Eight (8) and Lots One (1) Three (3) and Five
(5) Seven (7) Nine (9) Eleven (11) and Thirteen (13) in Block

Range Twenty one East - Together with all and singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the
same belonging or in anywise appertaining = To have
and to hold the same unto him the said William
Edwards and to his heirs and assigns forever free
and clear of and from all claims upon the part of the
said corporation the said "Florida Southern Railway
Company" In witness whereof we have hereunto set
our hands and affixed hereto our private seals and the
corporate seal of the said Florida Southern Railway
