acknowledge that they signed sealed executed and
delivered the foregoing Indenture for the uses and
purposes therein contained and expressed.

County of Alachua } Know all men by these presents,
That we Ella Palmer and Frank Palmer her husband
of the aforesaid County and for and in consideration of
the sum of Five Hundred Dollars to us in hand paid
by George Hoffman of the County of Huron in the State
of Ohio the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have
granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these pre-
-sents do grant bargain sell and convey unto the said
George Hoffman all of that certain lot piece parcel
or tract of land lying and being in the County of Alachua
and State of Florida, particularly known and described
as follows, to wit: The North East quarter (NE1/4) of the
(NE1/4) North East quarter of Section Thirty six (36) Township
Ten (10) Range Eighteen (18) South and East, containing by
estimation Forty (40) acres more or less.
Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments
and assigns in fee simple absolute forever, and we the
said Ella Palmer and Frank Palmer do hereby covenant
and agree to and with the said George Hoffman that
we lawfully seized in fee of the property hereby and herein
conveyed and that we have good and lawful right to
sell and convey the same, that the same is free from all
incumbrances of any kind whatsoever and that we will

warrant and defend the same unto him the said George
Hoffman and to his heirs executors administrators and
assigns against the lawful claims and demands of any
and all persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter
