Alachua County   } I hereby certify that on this 13th day of
February AD 1882 before me personally appeared Mrs Ella
Palmer wife of Frank Palmer the grantor in the foregoing
conveyance who being first duly questioned and examined by
me, separate and apart from her said Husband, says and ac-
-knowledges before me that she did sign the said Deed of conv=
-eyance for the purpose of selling and conveying all of her right
of Dower in and to the land in said Deed described and that
said conveying was done and made by her freely and volunt-
-arily and without compulsion constraint apprehension or fear
of or from her said Husband

Alachua County    } Know all men by these presents That
we Hardee Raulerson and his wife Sarah E. Raulerson
of the aforesaid County and State for and in consideration
of the sum of sixty Dollars to them in hand paid by George
H. Ambrose of the County of Alachua and State of Florida
                            do
the receipt whereof we hereby^acknowledge have granted
bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents do gr-
-ant bargain sell and convey unto him the said George
H. Ambrose of that certain piece tract or parcel of land
situated lying and being in the County of Alachua in 
the State of Florida, particularly known and described
as follows to wit: One undivided half of Lot number two (Lot 2)
Block number Eight (B8) in the Town of Waldo containing
by estimation   acres of land more or less, To have and to
