relinquishing and renouncing all her right of Dower

 Alachua County    } Know all men by these presents
That William D. Fagan and Isabella Fagan of the
aforesaid County and State for and in consideration
of the sum of Four Hundred and Fifty Dollars to us
in hand paid by Edward R. Hagan of the Coun-
-ty of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt
whereof we do hereby acknowledge have granted
bargained sold conveyed and by these presents do
grant bargain sell and convey unto him the said
Edward K. Fagan all of that certain lot piece or
parcel of land lying and being in the County of
Alachua and described as follows to wit:
The South East quarter of South West quarter and
West half of North West quarter of South East
quarter of Section One Township Eight South
of Range Eighteen East containing by estima-
