and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise
appertaining, To Have and to Hold unto him the said
Edward K. Fagan his heirs executors administrators
and assigns in fee simple and absolute, And we the
said William D. Fagan and Isabelle Fagan do hereby
covenant and agree to and with the said Edward K.
Fagan that are lawfully seized in fee of the property herein
and hereby conveyed and that we have good and lawful right to sell
the same. That the same is free from all encumbrances of any
kind whatsoever and that we will and our heirs executors and
administrators shall and will forever warrant and defend the same unto
him the said Edward K. Fagan and to his heirs executors
administrators and assigns against all the lawful claims and
demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter
to claim the same In Witness Whereof we have hereunto set our
hand and affixed our seal on this 13th day of February AD 1882

Alachua County   } I hereby certify that on this 13 day of February
AD 1882 before me personally appeared Mrs Isabelle Fagan wife of
William D. Fagan the grantor in the foregoing conveyance who
being first duly questioned and examined by me separate and
apart from her said husband says and acknowledges before me
that she did sign the said deed of conveyance for the purpose
of releasing and renouncing all of her right of Dower in and to the
land in said deed described and that said relinquishment and
renunciation of Dower was done and made by her freely and
voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint apprehension
or fear of or from her said husband
